Returns

  • Within 60 days of the invoice date.
  • Must be pre-approved — call us and we'll issue your return (SRO) number. Packages sent without one are refused.
  • Item must be in new, resalable condition. Equipment must never have been fueled, oiled, or mounted.
  • Minimum 20% restocking fee (higher if returned damaged).
  • Electrical parts — coils, regulators, ECUs — are non-returnable.
  • Items sold "As Is" are non-returnable.
  • Refunds are processed within about 7 business days of receipt.

If your delivery arrives damaged or short

  • Inspect before you sign. Note any damage or missing items on the bill of lading and have the driver sign it.
  • Don't refuse the shipment — refusing only delays your replacement or credit.
  • Keep all cartons and packaging until the carrier finishes its inspection.
