Warranty

  • 1-year limited warranty from date of shipment, covering material defects and workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance.
  • Engines: VANGUARD and KOHLER carry a 3-year warranty. Other engine brands are covered 1–2 years depending on the model.
  • Not covered: normal wear items (blades, belts, teeth, hoses), damage from improper use, modifications, or external forces.
  • To start a claim, call us at (844) 969-2952 or email support@tamedterrain.com with photos or video of the issue — we file it with the manufacturer for you.

Returns

  • Within 30 days of the shipment date.
  • Prior authorization required — contact us with photos before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns are not accepted.
  • Item must be in original, unused, unopened packaging.
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility ($300–$1,200 depending on the product) and is deducted from the refund.
  • A 3% processing fee applies to customer-initiated cancellations.

This mower saves time and economically cuts plants in larger areas. The attachment has a flail hammer to help the mower push through dense debris. The included PTO drive shaft easily connects to your tractor, and the belt drive allows for efficient power transfer. It uses an offset Category 1, 3-point hookup and is recommended for 15-35 HP tractors. Front safety chains keep out debris, and sealed tapered roller bearings and storage brackets make it easy to maintain and store when not in use.
