Returns
- Within 60 days of the invoice date.
- Must be pre-approved — call us and we'll issue your return (SRO) number. Packages sent without one are refused.
- Item must be in new, resalable condition. Equipment must never have been fueled, oiled, or mounted.
- Minimum 20% restocking fee (higher if returned damaged).
- Electrical parts — coils, regulators, ECUs — are non-returnable.
- Items sold "As Is" are non-returnable.
- Refunds are processed within about 7 business days of receipt.
