Compatible Boss Log Splitters

The CW-S 4-way wedge fits only the following Boss Industrial electric log splitters:

• EC5T20
• ES7T20
• ED8T20

This accessory is not universal. Similar-looking Boss splitters may use different wedge and beam configurations. Confirm the complete model number on the splitter’s identification label before ordering.

Easy Drop-On Installation

The CW-S installs by dropping it over the splitter’s existing wedge. No permanent modification or tool-assisted installation is required. When four-way splitting is not needed, lift the attachment off and return to the machine’s standard splitting configuration.

Always turn the splitter off and disconnect it from its power source before installing, removing, rotating, or adjusting the wedge.

Adjustable Firewood Sizing

The wedge can be rotated to change the orientation of the cross-cutting wings. This allows the operator to adjust the resulting piece sizes based on the diameter of the log and the desired firewood dimensions.

Straight, consistently shaped rounds generally provide the best four-way splitting results. Knotted, irregular, stringy, or unusually small logs may split more effectively using the standard wedge.
