The Bear Cat CH6627H towable chipper makes quick work of 6" diameter tree limbs, trunks, and large brush. This chipper comes with a standard 2" coupler, making it simple to tow between jobs or around a property. The CH6627H comes equipped with a 23 HP Vanguard Briggs & Stratton engine, and a cantilevered rotor to increase reliability and prevent material wrap with stringy, sappy, or wet woods. It's ideal for rental applications, as well as municipalities and landscape companies. A 33" x 36" opening easily accommodates large brush, while an electronically-controlled hydraulic feed system ensures the rotor operates at an optimal RPM range. A four-sided, adjustable striking anvil and four reversible heat-treated chipper blades ensure consistent chipping quality, and an adjustable discharge chute directs material into dump trailers. An optional engine guard (SKU: GWG311761) is available to prevent obstructions from chipping debris.
