The Bear Cat CH4420 towable chipper makes quick work of 4" diameter tree limbs and prunings. This chipper comes with a standard 2" coupler, making it simple to tow between jobs or around a property. The CH4420 comes equipped with a 13 HP Briggs & Stratton XR Professional Series engine, and a cantilevered rotor to increase reliability and prevent material wrap with stringy, sappy, or wet woods. It's ideal for rental applications, especially homeowners with small acreage. A 9.85" x 9.85" diamond-shaped chute with gravity feed makes loading easy, and a ground discharge chute keeps chips low to the ground, reducing mess and debris. A four-sided, adjustable striking anvil ensures chipping quality, and oversized heat-treated chipping blades rotate at up to 3,000 RPM.
